The Silence - Enchantment

Name: Silence (Clothing)

Effect: This enchantment silences all of his clothing so that when he moves they cease to make a sound. This is done by extreme dampening of any flapping going on by loose articles of clothing. A zipper on clothing would not be silent, however. This mainly applies to his cape, though regular loose clothing would do the same.

History: Since Hakumei donned his cape, he noticed its loudness when he moves around and when it becomes windy. Since he knew this would attract unneeded attention, he decided to do something about it. This is how he decided on enchanting his articles of clothing from making a sound.

Regular adventuring is usually hindered when he has to stop to fend off bandits and the like. A good part of being found by bandits is by them hearing him coming from the flapping of his cape. Of course, he usually didn't have any problem with getting rid of said people, but he knew that it would be better to be safe rather than sorry and regretting it.
